These two girls were enjoying the cooler weather and some time together on Tuesday afternoon in Chelsea. 10th Avenue and its side streets are rich with eateries that welcome dogs to their patio’s.  While you are in the neighborhood – check out the Chelsea Waterside Dog run at 11th at 22nd Street.
